A Solon Salute to the MHS Earth Group, advisor Tom Sabo, and the Youth Lobby for their successful 4th annual Rally for the Planet (NBC 5Time ArgusVT-Digger) this week!

A Solon Salute to Earl Fechter who helped to clean up after the initial rally gathering at MHS. Thanks Earl! 

A Solon Salute to Max Toohey, winner of the All Ages Poetry Slam at Lost Nation Theater on May 1st. Max won first place for his poem, "Optimistic Nihilism." 

A Solon Salute to senior Samantha Murray for choreographing the dance performance "Somewhere Between Nostalgia and Blindness" which was performed on Saturday at the Contemporary Dance & Fitness Studio. 

A Solon Salute to the members of Club Action and Club Interact who were recently honored by the Times Argus for their volunteerism. 

A Solon Salute to Max Toohey and Eliana Moorhead for serving our faculty hiring committees last week. Thank you very much for your dedication, professionalism, and great insight!

    • May 8-11: VT All-State Music Festival including a marching band parade through Montpelier from MSMS to MHS starting at 6pm on Wednesday. (Full Press Release)

    • May 13: After School Program Information Session 6-7pm in the UES Auditorium
    • May 21: "Away for the Day". All students will have the chance to participate in a phone free day for raffle prizes.
