- If 2020 could sing and dance, this is what it would say! Presented by the 7th-12th grade Masque Theatre Program, 2020: A Masqued Musical is a musical theatre telling of our pandemic year. We used hand-selected musical theatre songs both in their original forms and as parodies to highlight the human experience and emotional journey of our past year. Students rehearsed virtually for most of the process and we strategically came together in-person to pull off some of our filming needs. Our show will premiere at 7pm on May 6th and will remain available for two weeks. Tickets are by donation. All profits go to support future productions and theatre arts education. To secure your tickets and make sure you receive the YouTube Premiere Link - head to our Eventbrite Page:
- Update as of 4/26/21: With the new AOE guidance posted on April 23rd, MHS is planning to hold Prom. Since we just received notification, we will be working this week to iron out a date (with rain date) and details of the event. The Class of 2021 will be informed of as many details as we can provide by the end of this week. Please have patience with us as we we navigate putting a meaningful event like this together in such a short period of time. As soon as we have most of the details of all events, a letter will be emailed to families/guardians and seniors in preparation for all end-of-year events.
- Update as of 4/15/21: With the new guidance, the Class of 2021 graduation will be held outdoors on June 11th at 5:00 pm rain or shine. Should there be severely inclement weather, for the safety of all, we will move graduation to Saturday, June 12th at 11:00 am. Students and families will hear more from our senior class advisors, Kim Kidney, Liz Bailey, Molly Clark, and Liz Swindell with regard to the number of tickets available per student. We will also be live streaming the event with the help of ORCA. We're excited to have this opportunity for our seniors! Please be on the lookout early May for a letter to all senior families regarding end-of-year events for the Class of 2021.
