Online Holiday Fundraiser for Union's Playground Until 11/20!
Hello High School Parents/Guardians and Friends,

A team of MPS District staff, parents and community members are raising funds to renovate and modernize the outdoor play space at Union Elementary School. Until Monday November 20th, the team is running an ONLINE holiday fundraiser to raise money for this major project (called UPP, or the Union Playground Project).

Union’s playgrounds are used by more than 400 pre-K through 4th grade students every school day, and by countless greater Montpelier community children. This holiday fundraiser is just one part of a larger, strategic fundraising initiative to overhaul the playgrounds, and build a more creative, more accessible state-of-the-art facility in the summer of 2018.

In this linked letter and flyer, you will find instructions for purchasing holiday gift wrap, kitchen and home goods, and personalized gifts for the holidays.

40% of your purchase will go directly to funding this important and exciting renovation project! You can also invite others to order. For those who prefer to browse a hard copy catalog, there are two in Principal McRaith’s office. The fundraiser closes on Monday, November 20th, so please order soon. Please contact Sarah McKearnan with any questions, or to get involved in the project: steveandsarah@comcast.net.
